An intensive renovation to a townhouse in the Fort Greene Historic District. Architects by training, developers by profession, the Owners worked closely with us to alter every space in this 3-story brownstone.

The design reconfigured the brownstone to allow for a separate garden apartment. Bathrooms on every floor were either relocated, or added. Central air conditioning cools every floor. We maintained original details and character where appropriate and where new doors or partitions were added, we blended in with the original fabric.
