While the exterior of this project cannot be altered due to community rules, we propose a throughly warm, modern interior for a whole house gut interior renovation in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

 

Structural changes will completely transform the spaces in this ski on-ski off residence. A plunge pool and sauna are planned on the lower level. A spiraling stair threads through the odd geometry of the existing floors.

The furniture and interior finishes will have a spare, sophisticated modern palette of clear grained wood and honed stone. We are cutting against the grain, so to speak, where large knotty timber and rough stone are the typical de rigueur materials in this region.
