SPWA designed an 8,000 SF daycare and family activity center in the heart of Tribeca, downtown New York City.

 

Consisting of three floors in an 1859 Italianate cast iron building, the daycare required not only meeting complex zoning and Department of Building requirements, but also Department of Health code for a daycare and day nursery.

New proposed elements include an elevator, new stairs, complete HVAC, fire alarm and sprinklers.
